Took it out on a thorny trail this weekend and the aramid chest panel shrugged off every branch my pup plowed through. The GPS slot sits snug enough that the unit didn't shift once, even during a full-on squirrel chase. Worth every penny for peace of mind in thick brush.
The aramid-fiber chest panel handled brambles and rocky trails without a single tear, and the GPS signal locked on fast even under thick canopy. My pointer finally gets to work cover without me holding my breath every time he disappears.
Took it through two weekends of rough scrubland and the aramid-fiber chest panel took every thorn and branch without a tear, plus the GPS tracking came through when she bolted after a rabbit. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.
